well I found this site by mistake. Looks pretty good. I am starting a journey to lose 200 pounds. That should take me appx 100 weeks and alot of disipline. I have to change my lifestyle or I will die a horrible death from heart disease or diabetesor high blood pressure causing kidney disease. even worse, I could have a stroke. Working in the medical field , I see how horrible these diseases are. I have a 53% body fat index......I am almost 2/3 body weight from fat. yes 1/2 of my body mass is from fat. I am starting right now... not tomorrow... Now. |

I am always having trobouble with my weight I don't know what to do anymore I am desperated because I have a lot of cloths I both and I can't wear. hey, am 5'6'' with 26 inch vert standstill, 28 inch running. Recently learnt i could hit backboard and thought i would try to get up to the ring. Shortest person in year to hit backboard by 5 inches. |

I did a few months of stl a few years ago, but I probably didn't do it enough explosive, had some small gains, maybe a few inches. I also did a few weeks of air alert 2 or 3 after that, and did notice gains from that but I don't think my vertical was ever more than maybe 26-27 inches.
Running 2 legged vertical today: 24inches
(this is the only way I jump, I simply suck at jumping with one leg)
I need to add another 6 inches just to touch the rim, that is my first goal. I'm so far doing mixtures of a lot of different programs and just training strength in legs with weights. I'm 25 years old so I am just doing this for fun before my body gets too old for it. ;)

I just stumbled on this site and hope it works. I have a lot of weight to lose however the exercise plan wants me to go on a bicycle. I don't have access to one. What can I do in it's replacement? |

i just stumbled upon your website today while searching for a website that explains all aspect of a workout.Being a beginner at working out i find that this site is extremely useful.Its just like having a personal trainer working with you telling you what you should eat what you should workout on what days.i find it very helpful and hope it will prove itself in the coming weeks after i sign up for the gym this sunday. p.s so far its looking great. |

I'm using Sky's the Limit. I don't use the diet becasue it is too complicated, however the results are really great. I also runa mile every morning. It really works. |
